Yummy but healthy(ish) Food

I’ve decided it’s time to stop being a fatty bum bum & start eating healthy so heres what I made for me & the boyfriend for tea…

Peri Peri Chicken, Mash Potato, Peppers, Beetroot, Salad Leaves, Cottage Cheese & Coleslaw. It was Amazing! It may not exactly be the healthiest meal but its better than my usual chips, burger & onion rings (mmmm onion rings)

I just used normal chicken breast & added a Peri Peri powder.

If you know any tasty but healthy recipes for me to try I’ll be eternally gratefull as right now

I’m torn between my love of food & my fear of being fat.
